@dharmin Please check if you can create PR/issue description template which make easy for users to report issue or create PRs with all the necessary details.

@kjnanda Please note down the points which we can add in templates.

@chandrapatel We can prepare a template from our account so whenever the user reports an issue they are supposed to add certain requested data before they submit the issue.

If there is a template that will have list of things that we may need during the course of debugging then it will avoid multiple backs and forth.

We need to discuss what information we can put in the template.
E.g. While reporting the new issue I have created a template for myself which I supposed to fill to convey the issue details.
