Documentation and instructions for Tag filters needs to be updated to inform users NOT to include the hashtag for tags they wish to filter (see this comment thread).

Additionally, it may be appropriate to either strip the hashtag automatically (during save), or prevent it from being entered (or both), but the help text should definitely be updated to match as well (so as to not confuse users even more).
