Don't mention Tilt 1.4. Tilt 2.0 came out over 9 years ago. Remove mentions of deprecated Less, BlueCloth, and Sigil templates. Remove mention of fastercsv, since we dropped Ruby 1.8 support. Make it clear that we will not accept new community maintained template engines. Add Erubi as supporting template compilation.

Update tilt.gemspec so it doesn't need to be regenerated via a rake task. Fixes #301, #380, #385, #393, #384, #390
