Quite a while ago, I ported Rubberduck to Castle Windsor.

Accordingly, several comments regarding the use of Ninject are outdated now.

I think the best way to handle this would be to write a wiki page regarding the IoC container and what we do with it and then reference that in the remainder of the wiki instead of refering to the particular IoC container we use. Then, should we ever change the IoC container again, we basically only have to change one wiki page.

I added the wiki page and cleaned up the Architecture Overview.
