RD functions are enabled in menus during "Inspection"

I have the Inspect on Parse setting enabled. When parsing, immediately after the status changes from Resolving references to Inspecting the Extract Interface menu option is enabled, while all other RD menu items remain disabled.

According to chat this is likely incorrect, however there was some discussion that the parser may actually be Ready while the inspections are running.

Inspecting is not a parser state; the inspection engine simply overwrites the button label before running the inspections and changes it back afterwards. Since the inspections get triggered on the state change to Ready, I am more concerned why the remaining functionality is deactivated.

As I've been on a clean up binge over the last several days and only installed .4261 yesterday, I believe you are correct and that something in .4261 may well have broken it. I seem to recall being able to run a Rename a couple of days ago as soon as the Resolving references stage ended.

I was previously running .4244 and I believe it was working as described there.
