Fails to compile if Demo.cpp is renamed to demo.cpp

I don't really have a full understanding of what's wrong, but make won't run properly if the main program starts with a lower case letter instead of a capital.

Steps to reproduce:

• Rename Demo.c -> demo.cpp
• Change the filter in test/makefile to remove demo.cpp instead of Demo.c from the tests.
