Add Console Application that only uses Core

After extracting LHM's core components and logic elements into an own project without any Visual Studio dependencies (see #123), a Console Application would be a good "proof of concept" way to demonstrate that LHM's functionality can now be independently utilized without relying on Visual Studio or any of its features.
