Crash/deadlock when autotest exits #1047

A quick repro:

$ gem install ZenTest
$ cd /tmp # cwd doesn't really matter
$ autotest # won't produce any output, but give it a bit to start up

Now hit ^C. One of two things will happen:

"Thread deadlock! / CRASH: A fatal error has occured." e.g. https://raw.github.com/gist/1045863/6fe08d9326d492bd1cd4b05c51236df96f741c92/crashreport.txt
autotest will print the expected "Interrupt a second time to quit" however at this point rbx is deadlocked and no longer responds to a second ^C. About all I've been able to do in this situation is kill -9
