ここの段落の技術レベルに関わらず、との兼ね合いを考えると、Rubyistだと齟齬がありそうな気がしています。技術交流メインということでRubyプログラマの方がいいのかも。

Vimに対するVimmerだったら問題ないんですが、Rubyに対するRubyistは意味合い的にウェットなコンテキストも含んでいるので使わない方が妥当な気がしました。
