Added a first draft for the spanish translation of the CoC. #23

This only translates _code-of-conduct.md which is most of the CoC, but I guess index.html.erb should also be translated. I'm not familiar with rails though, so I'm probably not the best person right now to do i18n work on that. I can definitely provide a translated copy of that file, but that's probably not the best way of doing it, right?

If I'm wrong, I'll be happy to add that copy to this PR, just let me know.

This refers to issue #22.

Thanks!

@catalanojuan Thanks a lot! Let’s first focus on this text itself. I’ll setup the language selection later.

@eljojo @wordgraphy do you have any comments on the text of the Spanish version?

oh this looks great. I just read it briefly (will do more extensively tonight).
The first thing that popped up is the genders in the wording:
In phrases like Si Ud. siente que ha sido falsa o injustamente acusado says if you (formal you, gender neutral) feel that have been falsely(?) or wrongly (?) accused (male form of accused).

At least in Chile, the most common way of dealing with gender neutrality is adding a /a at the end of the word, to express the feminine version. In this case, it would be acusado/a, which means accused as a man or woman.

Any thoughts? cc @myabc

@eljojo Thanks for your comments! You're right. I actually found a couple more of those once I started to pay attention to that. I'll push a modified version taking that into account soon.

@catalanojuan estoy haciendo una revision al mismo tiempo, tal vez si esperas unos momentos para hacer el commit evitamos un conflicto de versiones. Gracias!

correct some grammar or vocabulary for sake of clarity and respecting the o/a ending for gender-declined words

In the pull-request I have proposed some minor changes and the gender-declined words noted by @eljojo.
Is there a plan to translate it into another languages as well?

@wordgraphy no plan for other languages yet, but I like the idea of having it translated. Actually @catalanojuan came up with the idea while we mailed about including his user group.

I think it makes total sense. During eURUCAMP I became aware of how big the spanish speaking ruby community is.

@eljojo ¿tienes un problema con el teclado po?

Update _code-of-conduct-es.md
This includes:
 * Added "las" to a phrase that was lacking the article.
 * Refactored one of the expected behaviors to make it sound less funny.
Changed writing of some phrases to be more gender inclusive.

@hagenburger besides confirming this first translation, what else are we missing to merge this PR? Is there anything else I can help with?
Do you think this is good enough as a first version of the spanish translation? //cc @eljojo @wordgraphy @myabc

Thanks!

Let me get some structure (language navigation, …) into the website. For the text, it’s up to our native speakers :)

I like the text. I think it's a great job :)
My only comment would be trying to solve #8, but that's irrespective of the translation.

@hagenburger great! Let me know if I can help with anything else.
@eljojo Thanks! Yeah, I'd love to see that change also but I agree it's out of the scope of this translation :)

Included it into #25 and can be merged from there. Thanks to everybody!
