As a user within a CASA Organization,
I want to only see and interact with Contact Types customized for my organization's instance,
so that...

  • as an Admin, I can determine which Contact Types and Groups my organization has access to.
  • as a Supervisor, I can determine which of those are applicable to each casa_case.
  • as a Volunteer, only applicable Contact Types and Groups display per casa_case that I am assigned to.

How does it work now?
There is one set of contact_types available to all CASA Org instances. No customizations are permitted on the organizational level per instance.

How should it work?
Each CASA Org should be able to customize their own set of Contact Types and Groups, which are unique to their Org instance and not shareable between Org instances. (See #813 and #815 )
