This issue refers to the "Volunteers" section in the admin dashboard here.

Admins should see the following in "Volunteers" view:

Creates filter for volunteer table on dashboard

- Resolves issues rubyforgood#99, rubyforgood#98, rubyforgood#97, and rubyforgood#93
- Adds jquery datatables for easy filtering and sorting on volunteers table
- Adds basic bootstrap styles to all tables on dashboard
- Adds user.supervisor relationship using supervisor_volunteers table
