This functionality exists on the 2016 app ( https://github.com/rubyforgood/pdx_diaper -- /app/admin/dashboard.rb) and needs to be re-created on the new app.

This will be related to issues #13, #8, and #11

Dashboard shows activity, charts and quick buttons

Puts information about the status of the inventory, and received and
distributed totals which were reported by the customer to be the most
valuable metrics to present.

This closes #11 and #17
