Hello I can confirm that libv8 still fails to install on FreeBSD 9.x and 10.0-HEAD with stock gcc. @andreacgranata your patches are present as files in 3.11.8.4 but it seems that at least the gcc42 one is not applied against gyp :/. Once I install the hefty gcc44 everything compiles smoothly. |

Hi there,
i fixed a couple of bugs.
Now libv8 compile with FreeBSD 8 and 9 (even with gcc 4.2).
I also added the -fPIC parameter that it's needed by therubyracer.
