Yep, good catch. The GPL version is just a oversight on my part. I copy and pasted the wrong license. I'll go ahead and fix just to be thorough, but it's not going to matter so much b/c I am going to be working on the next version of Facets in a week or so, and at that time I am going to change the license to BSD-2-Clause b/c that's what Ruby 1.9+ is changing to as well.
Btw, did you change the names of the other files to lowercase b/c of the manifest globs or just b/c that seems more appropriate to you? I've gone back and forth with that myself, but have tended toward all caps.
