Motivation

  • Creating the super_root should be optional. Want to do it if the database is going to become the basis for a new m-VO instance, but not if the database is going to be added to an existing m-VO instance (as the super_root would already exist).
  • Should only create super_root (or delete it in a m-VO to s-VO conversion) if all the other commands succeed

Modification

Improve the logic for creating/deleting super_root account and add an optional argument. Update documentation to match.
