Description

Minor typo :
xrd3:1096 where we actually mean xrd4:1097

rucio/tools/docker_activate_rses.sh

Line 64 in 9e3f894

XrdSecPROTOCOL=gsi XRD_REQUESTTIMEOUT=10 xrdfs xrd3:1096 query config xrd4:1097

Also using XrdSecGSISRVNAMES will allow proper XRD client operation on machines using podman as opposed to docker.

Steps to reproduce

Run tools/run_tests.sh.
Observe tests failing on podman due to client rejection of inconsistent cert CN and hostname, or because of the above typo.
