To make the onboarding easier, lerna-dockerize should have an initialization script, which bootstraps a basic project setup

the init feature can be testet with installing @lerna-dockerize/init@build globally and then running lerna-dockerize-init init

from version 0.9.0-build.a1ba0a0.0 on you can run the initialization directly over lerna-dockerize with npx npx lerna-dockerize@0.9.0-build.a1ba0a0.0 init
