Twitter tab closer

A simple extension which closes a twitter tab after 10 min and let you back in 2 hours

It also hides the notification's bumbers.

In "manifest.json" file, the Manifest_version" for Firefox is "2" but for Google Chrome browser, you need to change the "manifest_version" to "3"
