The README instructs:
GitHub Issues seem to be disabled on the repository (because it is a fork?), and the original repository is archived. (I posted this here because I couldn't open an issue to report this... because issues are disabled 😄) |

The instructions in the README currently point to the old repo which caused a few minutes of confusion before I noticed. This PR just updates it to point to the new maintainer repo (and also splits the make install step).
