Upgrade vuepress and dependencies.
why
vuepress, @vuepress/plugin-docsearch, @vuepress/plugin-google-analytics need to be kept in sync with each other, but the maintainers have not been releasing them together consistently (as of now vuepress 2.0.0-rc2 is available, but not rc3, whereas plugin-docsearch r3 is available but not r2).
This doesn't stop renovate from continuously opening PRs asking to update them out of sync with each other.
I will keep this open until vuepress releases a combo that we can upgrade to, in the meantime closing the renovate PRs.
