There are some cases where it'd be nice to get the output as a CSV, with the table name, row ID, and content in separate columns.

There are other cases where the table name and row ID aren't desired at all, and just the content is.

I'm thinking of something like wp db ack <search> [--fields=<fields>] [--format=<format>], similar to wp post list.
