Just adding an issue to track any discussion or thoughts around the giant HTML page problem. This is lower priority and can wait until later.

this works great. just making a note here to remember to add functionality for TOC to link to separate HTML pages

And also, now that I have front matter and back matter it's numbering everything:

chapter0.html
chapter1.html
chapter2.html

Maybe the best solution is to just have each HTML page named the same as the ASCIIDOC file, i.e.?

00_3_creditscopyright.asc

maps to

00_3_creditscopyright.html

?

Ah, also noticing that reference links between different chapters, i.e. (see Chapter 4, Section 1.3), no longer work since it's operating under the assumption it's all one big file.
