Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Example: User doesn't want to run home assistant on port 8123.

Describe the solution you'd like
And ability to open advanced settings for each app and able to change the config.json and docker-compose file,
so the port or other information can be altered.

FYI #312 offers related functionality - you can create an additional docker-compose and/or app.env in the user-config folder per app. Released in https://github.com/meienberger/runtipi/releases/tag/v1.0.0

Docker-compose files can override some, but not all, attributes from base compose files, so this may not allow everything you want.

There is also a state/settings.json which is a good way to pass environment to the dashboard itself; this doesn't configure apps, though.

Hello @fsackur, the only way to do this is to edit apps/app/docker-compose.yml but it's not recommended because it will get overwritten in any update. The user-config is the best option here.
