This is the xsdform-js library. It implements the automatic generation
of a HTML form from a pre-defined XML Schema definition. It currently
only supports a subset of the XSD spec, but it is a very usefull
subset of the spec.

It generates the HTML form dinamically and also validates it while
generating the expected XML document. The idea is that the server side
will just provide the XSD and expect the XML document back.

What is implemented?

 - The following simple types are implemented:
   - xs:boolean
   - xs:integer
   - xs:string
   - xs:float
 - The following facet is implemented:
   - xs:enumeration restriction on xs:string
 - Declaring an element that references a type by name
 - Using minOccurs="0" to represent optional elements
 - Supports targetNamespace definition in the XML Schema

What are the restrictions?

 - The XML Schema must use the "xs" prefix for the XML Schema
   namespace;

 - The element that is going to be used as the base for the form
   should be the first element defined in the file;
