This package doesn't appear to have license information. I'd like to create a pull request and add some. Is there something a specific license you'd like me to add?

I tried to email you to discuss stuff that you'd like to see in this repository, but couldn't reach you. However, this seems like a reasonable pull request that I can put together.

The meta contains the needed info:
http://dev.perl.org/licenses/

So it's under the same license as perl itself.

I only saw the failures in http://cpants.cpanauthors.org/dist/optimizer I can try to get these to clear.

My old email provider is dead, sorry, but I saw everything, and I changed
my wrong default mail address on github.

optimize, optimizer and types is still very much slow work in progress.
it's not really useful yet, so it doesn't warrant a new release IMHO.

For meta info and an extra LICENSE files pull requests are appreciated.
It is licensed under the same terms as perl5 itself.
