brain_input_pin_e_enum should be machine-generated

At the moment we hard code brain_input_pin_e_enum in rusefi_config.txt using the sad long simple enum form

there is a chance of being out-of-sync between firmware and TS

we shall migrate to more readable advanced form at least or have this enum auto-generate

well, at the moment brain_input_pin_e_enum is clearly focusing on ICU use-case, what about EXTI use-case?!
