UAEFI conflicting initial trigger settings

Describe the bug
After a full flash erase and firmware reload, UAEFI displays both cam modes as inactive, yet cam sensor bank1 and bank2 have assigned inputs

Hardware

• Board: UAEFI
• On bench

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Full erase UAEFI
2. Reload latest firmware (2024-03-02 used)
3. Open TS, load controller settings
4. open Trigger Menu
5. Observe Can sensor bank1 intake and exhaust be set to C5 / C6. YET Cam mode (intake), and Cam mode (exhaust) are both set to inactive
6. Observe VVT offsets be active and not grayed out

Expected behavior
Initial settings to be sane for an ideal engine to provide intuitive setup guidance

If Cam Sensor bank 1 intake drop down is set to NONE, it becomes grayed out and not selectable, as expected with mode set to "Inactive"

same thing happens with exhaust side as well

hitting BURN causes an error and loss of comms as well (this is going into another issue)
