Logical "FUEL PUMP ENABLED/DISABLED" feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to be able to logically enable or disable the fuel pump drive. such that fuel pump does not prime, nor would it run when engine is running (in case stimulator is used on a live car)

Would we need new configuration fields?
Fuel pump enabled = YES/NO

Describe the solution you'd like
In output dialog, where the fuel pump pin is defined, there should be a drop down asking enable or disable fuel pump activation

Describe alternatives you've considered
Unsetting the pin, but that would do the opposite for me, as i run fuel pump in inverted mode with a pullup

Unplug the fuel pump at the connector
pull a fuse (i don't have one, it's shared with EFI system)
