As #205 showed, it would be beneficial for
rbt vcf-reportto support different names for the annotation field coming from VEP. Withrbt vcf-report ... --annotation-field CSQthe annotations will be drawn from the fieldCSQ. The options defaults to the previously used nameANNwhich makes this an unbreaking change.
