🙋 feature request

Hi, I just started experimenting with this crate in my configure_me crate and I must say it's pretty neat.

However, I'm missing DESCRIPTION section. I tried to put my documentation into about, but it was long and the result was very ugly.

Added description section.

The description section allows adding longer description of the program.
This was also confusing in the documentation, so the documentation of
`about` method was updated to clarify that the description is supposed
to be short.
