Rust Chopped!

Influenced by the Boston Golang meetup group. Teams or soloists get a "basket" of 4 Rust crates (obviously any standard libs are also available) and make an app using them.

This is a great exercise to identify any crates that could be included in the a "polishing" workshop.

Open Space Technology

Open Space Technology (OST) is an approach to purpose-driven leadership, including a way for hosting meetings, conflict minded peacebuilding, conferences, corporate-style retreats, symposiums, and community summit events, focused on a specific and important purpose or task — but beginning without any formal agenda, beyond the overall purpose or theme.

Show and Tell

What this means is that you should have a demo you can show us. We'll accept even a hello world demo in play.rust-lang.org or a running version of servo. Anything is permissible so long as it's Rust related. Your demo doesn't have to last very long (but let me know if it's longer than 10 minutes so I can scheduled around the shorter ones). If it's a project, it doesn't even need to be a fully working prototype.
