I've loved seeing the RFC and PR process that this bot has helped with in the rust language design, and I personally wanted to suggest using it to https://github.com/snowpackjs/astro for RFC's & PR's in the project, especially the "request a random reviewer from a list" functionality..

If this isn't quite viable for general use, do you have a suggestion possibly?
