Fixes #83026.

The problem was that we didn't visit block expressions. Considering how big the walk_expr function is, I decided to instead implement the hir visitor on the struct. It also answers the question which was in a comment for RustdocVisitor: we should have used a visitor instead of our ad-hoc implementation.

Adding this visitor also added some extra checks that weren't present before (check changes in rustdoc-ui tests).

I have some doubts about the performance impact of this PR. I have a few ideas on how to improve it if needed (making empty implementations of some of the visitor's methods that we don't need). Anyway, let's check the perf results.

This patch should fix the invalid doc comment, but I suspect that rustdoc is doing more work now, and as a result, it's going to be a lot slower on code that makes heavy use of nested functions.

That's even worth than I expected... It's a shame but I suppose that I will need to manually go through bodies... It sounds like a terrible idea though. A preference maybe @notriddle ?

Am I correct that rustdoc should only care about impl blocks nested in const blocks, but not other items?

If so, this problem might be worked around by using separate visitors for const and fn blocks and for modules.

Seems like the remaining ones are all spurious, so this change seems to not badly impact the existing ecosystem. So what do you want to do now? Accept the perf impact and merge or reject it and reimplement the hir visitor?

This bug isn’t going to be fixed without some kind of perf regression, because it just has to walk through more of the AST.

Fix impl block in const expr

Fixes rust-lang#83026.

The problem was that we didn't visit block expressions. Considering how big the [walk_expr](https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/nightly-rustc/src/rustc_hir/intravisit.rs.html#678) function is, I decided to instead implement the `hir` visitor on the struct. Reverts rust-lang#104889.

I don't think I'll be able to finish rust-lang#107000 on time unfortunately so to prevent rust-lang#106373, better to revert it and to make it into the next release.

Don't collect return-position impl traits for documentation

rust-lang#104889 modified the rustdoc ast collection step to use a HIR visitor, which more thoroughly walks the HIR tree. that means that we're going to encounter inner items (incl return-position impl traits and async fn opaque futures) that are not possible to document.

Compatibility Notes

- [The layout of `repr(Rust)` types now groups m\*2^n-sized fields
  with equivalently aligned ones.]

  to be an optimization, but it is also known to increase type
  sizes in a few cases for the placement of enum tags. As a reminder,
  the layout of `repr(Rust)` types is an implementation detail,
  subject to change.
- [0.5 now rounds to 0 when formatted to 0 decimal places.]
  (rust-lang/rust#102935)
  This makes it consistent with the rest of floating point formatting that
  rounds ties toward even digits.
- [Chains of `&&` and `||` will now drop temporaries from their
  sub-expressions in evaluation order, left-to-right.]
  (rust-lang/rust#103293) Previously, it
  was "twisted" such that the _first_ expression dropped its
  temporaries _last_, after all of the other expressions dropped
  in order.
- [Underscore suffixes on string literals are now a hard error.]
