Not sure I actually like this question. We might just end up making people feel bad if they report low comfort levels on all of these, and we may not even get actionable information out of it. Thoughts?

- Memory management (stack vs. heap, pointers, etc.)
- Algorithms, data structures, big O notation
- Software performance and optimization
- Operating system interfaces for at least one platform (win32, linux system calls, etc.)

I don't think we need this in - it's pretty domain specific and wouldn't help target general Rust documentation, IMO

I'd like to discuss this more before merging. I'm not convinced this is a good question.

We can't make a good argument for including this, so we're dropping it now.
