Format with 4 spaces instead of 2

I'm new to Rust.

I created a new project with cargo new.

I'm using VSCode without any files in root dir for rustfmt and no .vscode dir.

VSCode on format keep using 2 spaces instead of 4 spaces (rustfmt default).

Is this a bug or a feature?
