Hello!

I started adding the twitter card. Here's how it looks with current configuration:

The title of the twitter card reflects the title of the page being shared, e.g
image
Or we could keep the title as "The Rust Programming Language".

Also, we need a ".png" file for the logo/image we want displayed for the twitter card.

i think this looks good! can we keep it using the current image? that rust logo looks fine to me even though it's cropped a bit :)
