This will contain a library for downloading the prebuilts. Set the version to 0.2.0 since the currently-published version on crates.io is 0.1.0. Copy the license files to the ovmf-prebuilt subdirectory as well, this is nice to do for public packages since the license files will then be included when vendoring.
