Suddenly crashed when trying to type on remote screen on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 #43
Comments
It is a known issue, but I can not reproduce it on my Mac. Help wanted. |
@rustdesk What's your macOS version and how can I help? This issue occurs when my friend(who using Linux Kubuntu 20.10) controlling my Mac, and once he tries to type on my Mac, RustDesk crashed on my Mac. So you need to prepare a Linux(maybe Kubuntu 20.10 or whatever), and then try to control your Mac from the Linux side, then try to type letters, if everything goes right, the RustDesk on Mac side will be crashed. Or maybe you can contact my friend(@jack9603301 ) to help you(to control your Mac from his Linux, if you don't mind), he is willing to help! |
i will make a new build, can you test it later?
|
@rustdesk I'm more than willing to help |
还没找到问题,跟控制端(Kubuntu 20.10)没有关系,是Mac问题,老问题了,只是我的Mac(10.14,10.15)一直测不出,就一直没解决,上次有人也在10.15爆出过这个问题。 I haven’t found the problem yet. It has nothing to do with the console (Kubuntu 20.10). It’s a Mac problem. It’s an old problem. But I failed to reproduce it on my Mac (10.14, 10.15, 11), so not got resolved. Someone got crash on MacOS 10.15 also. |

I(Using Linux) can control on remote screen(macOS 11.2.3) but once I try to type letters on remote screen, RustDesktop suddenly crashed on macOS side, I've tried several times, it occurs the same issue.
