Because WebGPU is non-standard and extremely experimental this PR removes support for it in web-sys.
This is a breaking change, but we decided to do it in a minor release because the current support is broken and it is unlikely that anybody is using it in practice.
Instead, we plan to support WebGPU through a different way which doesn't have any semver restrictions.
