Pending requests page

This is the page for advisor where he can see the requests that he has to fulfil. It will contain a table with the requests, that will have the following columns: request date, requester name and actions column. The actions column will have the following options: delete request, analyze request.

The analyze request button will open a modal where the advisor can see the user's details and respond by filling a form. This form will contain the following fields: advisor name (should be autofilled), and an expandable field where the advisor will fill in his advice, document upload field where he will be able to upload a pdf with a more detailed analysis.
