RVM does not allow removing gemsets for nonexistent Ruby versions #3356

RVM 1.26.10 here. After removing some Rubies, I had to reinstall them back, because otherwise, I would end up with:

PROD root@7755a107f64d:/usr/local/rvm# rvm 2.2.0 do gemset delete
Ruby ruby-2.2.0 is not installed.

Are there any particular reasons why Ruby is required for removing gemsets?
