optionally force overwrite existing backup file #19

Added an optional -f option to allow force overwrite if the backup file already exists.
Also, made a couple of minor cosmetic changes:

Included max_tries_number in the config.yaml-example so the parameter is visible
Moved the wait message so that it is printed only when applicable
