Factor out common HTML code used by 40k renderers, so we can use it for KT. This includes table creation, options, and hideable behavior
For KT, use HTML rendering and add print options. Canvas rendering is still available, behind an option in case something is wrong with the HTML rendering Fixes rweyrauch#158
