I only want to give the assertAbove error. It is not 100% clear from the doc where to put this code in an addon. What is the best place?

It should not it go in ember-cli-build.js or config/environment.js for an add-on ??? Not sure. Or is there some general dependency-check.js file this should go in I am not aware of?
