Requirements

• mutool: Fix PDF structure
• fntsample: Add outlines to PDF

TODO

• Add outlines using pure Go to remove fntsample dependency
• Implement JBIG and JBIG2 support (UniPDF has JBIG2 support but there's a license issue)
