<p>身處於資訊爆炸的時代,尤其是近幾年的Facebook崛起,每天早上我打開臉書,塗鴉牆上來自各式各樣的訊息,扣除掉一些個人的心情感想,大部分都是新聞轉貼,科技新知,或是國際大事,也因為這樣,幾乎每一則相關訊息文章,我都會看過一遍,等於是餵我多少訊息,我就會吃下多少訊息,近似強迫症的症狀...</p>
<p>但這幾個月來,我喜歡針對某些主題去訂閱文章,例如JavaScript或是HTML5,甚至是創業、行銷、科技,而不再是漫無目的的去接受大量的資訊,原因在於其實大部分的資訊對我來說都是雜訊,但因為個性關係不想漏掉任何訊息(就跟常常會盯著通訊軟體看有沒有miss訊息一樣),不過人的一天時間其實有限,在這資訊大海中不可能每一篇都看過,所以訂閱特定主題的BLOG或文章對我來說特別有幫助</p>
<h3>關於策展(curation)</h3>
<p>這本『為什麼搜尋將被淘汰』內容其實主要講的就是關於<strong>策展(curation)</strong>這件事情,策展就是蒐集某個主題的事情,並將它整理給有需求的人接收,在之前我可能為了想知道關於<strong>社群行銷</strong>這件事,我必須去Google相關的關鍵字,而跳出來的往往都是好幾萬筆的資料文章,在一個一個的點開消化、過濾,得出我想要的東西,但這不會是很好的方式,相反的,如果這時候有個專門在講關於社群行銷的Blog,是不是就省卻了很多時間尋找這方面的資訊?</p>
<p>本書也提到每個人都可以成為一個策展人,還有描述許多正反兩面的意見,例如有些人覺得策展是一件盜取別人的創作內容,應該給予譴責,但另外一派人卻覺得,如果沒有策展人,一篇文章只會在茫茫的資訊大海中被雜訊給淹沒</p>
<p>我個人是覺得,電腦可以利用優秀的演算法去找出『可能』適合我們的資訊,但很多關於『人』的事情電腦反而沒辦法做到像策展者如此出色,書本也提到,假如今天你去吃一家餐廳,發現主廚的手藝不是很好,回到家以後立刻寫了一篇文章告訴大家,但有可能那天主廚因為身體不適或是幾個月後主廚換人了,但這篇文章會從網路消失嗎?並不會,而且會在大家搜尋的時候一次又一次的跑出來</p>
<p>流行銷的作者Jamie,也有針對Curator寫了一篇文章,叫做<a href="http://mrjamie.cc/2012/03/09/curator/" target="_blank">為你的消費者,當一個盡責的「Curator」</a>,有興趣的人也可以去看看</p>
<p>最後我想筆記的重點是:資訊越多,策展者越重要,電腦還尚未可以取代人類</p>

<title type="html"><![CDATA[[好書分享] 社群效應:小圈圈如何改變世界]]></title>

<p>我一直對於社群這個詞感到興趣 ,也覺得這個世界會因為社群的關係 ,而有非常劇烈的改變 ,這程度甚至不亞於網路的興起 ,這本書其實一開始我並沒有關注到 ,是因為Facebook社團裡面的前輩所推薦(沒錯 ,Facebook幾乎可以說是改變我一生) ,才引起我的興趣</p>
<h2>我們分享的是感受 ,而非事實</h2>
<p>書裡面提到的很多觀念 ,是我以前不知道的 ,還有一些是 ,平常我就有感覺到的 ,像Facebook最常看到的是 ,大家分享某項資訊 ,會帶入個人自己的感受 ,或是照片 ,也會加上自己的評論進去 ,因為往往我們會被這種有包含朋友的觀點在裡面的事物所吸引</p>
<h2>你是唯一的途徑</h2>
<p>另一個讓我所沒想過的是 ,原來我的朋友群之間 ,真的是只有我做為唯一的連結點 ,如果沒有我 ,我的朋友群跟群之間 ,根本不可能會交會到 ,這在裡面提到的另一個重點 ,不要迷信尋找『有影響力』的人 ,而應該針對那些有連結『創意樞紐』的人 ,下足經營的工夫</p>
<h2>偏頗如何影響我們</h2>
<p>以前我就聽過人們是非理性,我一直認為怎麼會?但看完這章節後,裡面所舉的例子,讓我不得不說,人類真的是如此,我們的腦分為三個部分,意識腦是我們唯一能操控的部分,無意識腦是由兩個部分所組成,處理情緒和主導我們大部分行為的中腦,以及維持我們生命系統的原腦,在這個充斥資訊的世界裡,我們大腦會將意識資訊轉換成無意識的資訊,這就像是學習開車一樣,一開始你會使用意識腦來想每個動作,但久而久之,你可以邊想事情邊開車,就是因為你將開車這個動作轉換成無意識腦的一部份</p>
<p>可是也因為這樣的特性,導致人們常被自己給欺騙,我們很多行為都是出自無意識腦,可是我們不可能記得每一件事情,當記憶是片段的時候,我們的大腦會嘗試補足那些缺口,但那卻都不是真的,這也是為什麼我們大腦都會記得有關連性的原因,同時,外面教人如何快速記憶,大都也是利用關聯性或故事性這種方法來增強記憶,</p>
<p>書中告訴我們一些我們過去的誤解,只有你能掌握這些人與人之間的關係,對於社群的行銷才會事倍功半</p>
<p>還有,不要再期望過去那種干擾式行銷可以為你帶來甚麼效益,消費者也是會進步的,他們已經不信這一套了,在這個以人為本的社群社會裡面,要學習如何抓住這個趨勢</p>
<p>最後我想筆記的四個重點:社交行為、網絡、人們的想法、聚焦獨立的小型朋友群體</p>

<p>作者王伯達的書之前已經有讀過一本,那本叫做『民國100年大泡沫』,我喜歡讀他的書是因為他不跟隨主流,常用宏觀的角度來看整件事情,而且是從很多角度來看,我們常說,歷史是不斷重覆上演,我非常認同這句話,但並不是說同樣的人事物一直重覆,而是會用不同的形式,但一樣的道理,再一次的發生</p>
<p>這本『遇見未來』,其實主要並不是在講以後會發生甚麼事情,而是教你如何去 <strong>想</strong> 接下來會發生甚麼事情,有點類似激發你的腦力激盪</p>
<p>前面先用九個章節來介紹如何去思考未來的走向,一個一個章節去說明思考步驟,後面章節則是利用前面所教的步驟,去開始預測他自己認為的未來</p>
<p>在現在資訊爆炸的時代,其實我們能接收的資訊都是一樣的多,一樣的快,資訊不對稱的情形只會越來越少,而不會越來越多,但如何去區別你與別人的不同?我覺得能在現有的資訊下,去畫出未來的藍圖,是非常具有競爭能力的一項技能,看看那些百年企業,別的不說,光說小時候最常聽到的柯達(Kodak),誰會知道他會破產呢?如果柯達的那些高階經理人,要是有掌握到未來的關鍵藍圖,會走到這個地步嗎?</p>
<p>我覺得預測未來並不是什麼特異功能,相反的只要你努力,只要去認真的思考, 認真的去整理資訊,閱讀大量的書籍,這是真的可以實現的</p>
<p>這是學校所沒有教的東西,但是卻可以影響你的人生,有興趣的人可以讀一讀這本書,會有不一樣的收穫</p>

<p>這是一本韓國人所寫的書,會先這樣講不是因為台灣和韓國之間的特殊情誼,而是因為書中是在韓國背景底下所感受到的,當然跟台灣有些許的不同,但整體的觀念其實是通用的</p>
<h2>人生時鐘:你現在的人生是幾點?</h2>
<p>雖然他是寫給剛畢業的新鮮人或是大學生為主,但我認為裡面有很多觀念其實在不管哪個階段,都很受用,例如書本一開始所提的<strong>人生時鐘</strong>,這是我以前沒聽過的觀念,作者說如果把你的人生換算成一天,你認為現在是幾點?用平均每人壽命80歲來算,我今年26歲,算一算大概七點五十分左右,連八點都不到,才剛正要一天的開始,用這樣的算法來想你的人生,你會認為做任何事都會太晚嗎?</p>
<h2>你想要新人獎還是主角獎?</h2>
<p>我曾經也這麼執著過,認為早點畢業,早點當兵,早點工作,早點存到人生第一桶金,早點功成名就,想要年紀輕輕就要得到許多,但卻沒有想過,看的是這一生,而不是這個當下,應該要趁年輕累積好實力,而不是年輕就想著收穫</p>
<p>這本書算是心靈雞湯,有許多的觀念我們都曾經聽過也曉得,但工作的日子久了,或是一段時間過後,我們都忘了當初的我們,當累了的時候,又或著是突然找不到方向,看看這種寫給年輕人的書,想想年輕的自己,或許可以找回熱情和活力,整理腳步,再一次的出發</p>
<p>這是值得購買的一本書,值得你時常拿出來翻翻,提醒自己</p>

<h2>地球上青春的眼淚</h2>
<p>這是這本書一開始的標題,從標題就可以看出,其實這是本想寫給這一代年輕人的書,一開始就直接講明說,這一代的年輕人所背負的時代命運,因為歐債危機,因為美國華爾街的那些肥貓,因為政治人物的總總行為,最終導致青年的失業率高漲,甚至可能連翻身的機會都沒有</p>
<p>整本書提到從美國的美元和帝國夢,德國的矛盾和歐洲的高傲,龐大的福利壓垮政府的財政(不敢相信 歐洲很多國家每周工時只有30小時...),因為德國人的勤奮對比著希臘人的墮落,卻又因為歐元區的未來不得不救希臘,再對比中國人的血汗工廠與華爾街的肥貓和美國印鈔票來享樂,還有阿拉伯世界的革命...</p>
<p>或許我們很多人可能還是每天過著天亮起床工作,黃昏收工回家的日子,表面上一成不變的生活,但世界上卻到處充滿著暗潮洶湧的變化,2008年的金融海嘯,到今日的這段日子裡,我們到底學到了甚麼?又或著我們感受到了甚麼?</p>
<h2>政治人物應該憑藉著自己的專業從政,而不是一昧的聽取民意...</h2>
<p>印象最讓我深刻的就是德國總理梅克爾,正為了自己的政治前途和歐洲經濟的未來做抉擇,一方面背負著德國人民並不想要救那些每天不工作又好吃懶做的希臘人,而產生大量的民怨,一方面卻又背負著如果不救希臘,希臘債券一到期,大量的違約將造成德國與其他國家的銀行產生倒閉潮,甚至導致歐元區瓦解</p>
<p>如果你是梅克爾,你會怎麼做?</p>
<p>如果場景轉移到台灣來,台灣的領導人物會怎麼做?</p>
<p>對照今日台灣的油電問題,民生問題,有時候我不得不說,民意固然重要,但就如標題所寫的,政治人物應該憑藉著自己的專業從政,而不是一昧的聽取民意</p>
<p>如果那些政治人物,一昧的享受好處與特權,卻一投票就討好民眾,我們其實一點也不需要那些政治人物,我們要的是公投,公投,再公投</p>
<p>反正民意為大</p>
<h2>最後我想說的是...</h2>
<p>我們這一代的年輕人都應該勇敢的追尋自己內心與直覺</p>
<p>在這個混亂的時代裡</p>
<p>或許,把簡單的事情重複一直做,專注於你想專注的事</p>
<p>或許,這會是我們翻身的一個年代</p>
