filter 기능 사용 시 기존의 데이터가 사라지는 문제 #4

Todo Array 하나를 두고 데이터를 수정하기 때문에 filter를 사용하면 원본을 유지할 수 없다.
서버와 연결하기 전 임시 배열을 만들어 기능을 유지하도록 만들어야 한다.
