Doesn't work at all

This doesn't do anything. You just get an error message about uninstalling apps, showing that you did not test this before submitting it to Cydia.

I did test this, when I submitted it to the repo they repackage it which removed the permissions I had set on a file which runs as root. They're fixing it now apparently so keep checking for updates.

In the meantime there is a hotfix:

Download mobile terminal or ssh in
su
Enter Password

chmod 4755 /usr/libexec/cydelete/setuid

chown root /usr/libexec/cydelete/setuid

Then respring, this will fix the issue.
