Remove "MySQL Password" as a required field from the installer

At least for dev/local setup (XAMPP, MAMPP) the MySQL Password often defaults to none. I can't see a reason why this should stay a required field as not even MySQL requires you to set a password.

I have feeling this is already changed (not certain though). Did you

This one was already fixed awhile back on dev. Let me know if you are still seeing this on dev.
